Terrassen ble redusert og effektivisert under ombyggingen, og naturstein er brukt til \u00e5 forankre uteplassen til terrenget. Det tidligere dominerende tre-rekkverket er erstattet med glass og glasspartier for \u00e5 skape et mer \u00e5pent uttrykk og bryte opp de horisontale linjene, slik at hyttens design harmonerer bedre
